ISLAMABAD: Islamabad’s Accountability Court will file charges
against Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Wednesday (September 27) according to reports emerging today.
Dar appeared before court on Monday and Judge Mohammad Basheer heard the corruption references
against the minister.The Accountability Court also ordered Ishaq Dar to submit surety bonds of Rs. 5 million as w
ell.
Meanwhile the court also rejected National Accoutability B
ureau’s (NAB) plea of issuing non-bailable arrest warrants f
or the minister. Judge Mohammad Basheer stated that the trial
against Dar will be conducted on daily basis.
The Accountability court has also rejected Dar’s plea for having a look at the records of the case
against him.
He has again been summoned by the Accountability Court on September 27.
